Trusts & Wills

Information

By making a Will, a person can control what is to happen to their assets, and who should inherit their assets, on their death. This is an important document, we advise on all the relevant considerations, taxes, assets, executors, how his or her property would be distributed among beneficiaries named in the Will.

We advise clients to review their Wills as life changes occur, for example changes in taxation laws, assett appreciations or the death of a beneficiary.

Following the death of a loved one, many people do not immediately feel ready or able to deal with the many administrative and financial matters which require attention. We have dealt with similar situations for many years, we alleviate much of the burden from family and executors. We handle the administration with Government, Banks, Building Societies, Pensions and Revenue. We will organise through the High Court for the Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration on your behalf. Our Solicitors can also advise on all Tax implications relating to the administration of the Estate
